So here is the water tutorial featuring =wLadyB91's O.C Kayloh 
I will do the fire one, sometime next week

and if you got any questions or get confused, just ask and I'll try to answer them the best I can Also I forgot to take screen shots near the end, so that is why there is a lot of writing
I used photoshop CS3 paint tool sai and my bamboo tablet.
